CH01 takes its name from vehicle registration plate from Chandigarh, India, a city known for its clarity of design, modern outlook, and deep respect for tradition. Much like the city itself, our kitchen reflects a balance between structure and soul. Chandigarh’s food culture is shaped by home kitchens, shared meals, and recipes passed down through generations. Food there is not rushed. It is cooked with patience, intention, and care.
